These are draft terms for the early-access version of ScamCheck AI. They are provided in plain language and are not yet a finalized legal agreement.

Informational use only

ScamCheck AI gives automated, rule-based assessments of text you provide. Results are estimates. They can be wrong in either direction and are not legal, financial, or security advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

No guarantees

• A low score does not mean a message is safe or legitimate.
• A high score does not prove a message is fraudulent.
• The service does not scan links against threat-intelligence databases and does not protect accounts automatically.

Acceptable use

Only paste messages you received or that someone has chosen to share with you. Do not use the service to access, monitor, or collect other people’s communications without their permission, or to overload the service with automated requests.

Plans shown on the website are proposed and not currently available for purchase. No payment information is collected.
