ScamCheck support will never ask for codes, passwords, card details, or money

We never call first and never ask you to install apps or move money. If someone claims to be ScamCheck support and asks for any of this, it’s a scam. When you send us a message to review, remove names, phone numbers, and card or account numbers first.

Common questions

Does “Low risk” mean the message is safe?

No. It means we didn’t find common scam patterns. New scams appear all the time, so if a message asks for money, codes, or personal details, check with the person or company directly using a number or app you already trust.

Do you store the messages I check?

No. The message is analyzed in memory and discarded. There is no database of messages, and links inside them are never opened.

I already sent money or shared a code. What now?

Call your bank right away using the number on the back of your card or in its official app, and ask them to block the card and dispute the payment. Change any password you shared. Then report it: ReportFraud.ftc.gov in the US. The “Already sent money?” section under each result has step-by-step help.

Can ScamCheck help get my money back?

No. Only your bank or payment provider can try to reverse a payment. Be very careful with anyone who offers to “recover” money for a fee. That is a common second scam.

The result looks wrong. Can I report it?

Yes, please do. Send us the message text with names, phone numbers, and card or account numbers removed, and say what you expected. Real examples are the best way to improve the checks.

Which languages are supported?

Messages in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Results are written in the language of the message.

Is it free?

Yes. ScamCheck AI is free during early access, with no account needed.
